Hello Dreamers,  Thank you for taking the time to book with Dream Faces.

We offer luxurious lash services dedicated to making you feel fabulous. Please read the following before scheduling an appointment:
• In order for your spot to be secured you must make a $50 non-refundable deposit through the site. The remaining balance will be paid via Credit Card or Cash !
• Consent Form is required to be filled out before time of service
• A VALID CREDIT CARD MUST BE KEPT ON FILE & IS ONLY CHARGED WHEN BOOKING TO SECURE THE DEPOSIT
• A No-call, no-show will result in the remaining balance being charged less the deposit.
• Please call or cancel within 48 hours
• Should you have any concerns in regard to the application of your lashes please ensure to contact us within the first 24 hours.

No refunds will be issued; however, a follow-up appointment may be scheduled to resolve your concerns
• Same Day/Squeeze-In Appointments is an additional $75.
• No additonal persons at the time of your appointment unless they are being serviced.
• PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT 10 minutes before to use the restroom, prep, etc. There is a 10 minute grace period, afterwhich you will be charged an additional $25. It will be at our discretion if there is enough time to continue the service.
• If you reschedule more than TWICE you will no longer be allowed to schedule an appointment
• After your 3rd fill-in or anything past the 3 week mark, will require you to receive a full set.
In order to ensure everyone's safety, if you are having cold, flu or Covid-19 symptoms (i.e.,coughing, sneezing, fever, headaches, diarrhea, vomiting, etc.) please reschedule.
